Chef Takahashi of Pellegrino, one of Japan's most popular and exclusive Italian restaurants, and Tsuneomi Tomimatsu, the first Japanese member of The Order of Knights of the Truffle and Wines of Alba, will collaborate to hold a special dining event that can only be described as a miracle. The two have built a long-standing relationship of trust through Alba white truffles.
